Everything (all the basics) that you need to know to play underwater hockey.
We will do theory, land drills and drills in the water.
Basic skills, defense and attack
It is the whole day from 07:30 till 18:30 on 21 February 2021
When you complete the day you will get a certificate for each category as player (players) and one for doing the coaching (coaches).
